My Mission
There is a deep down part of us that is called the soul. It is precious, it is a gift and it is the part of us that is truly 'us'. Like we attend to our physical health through diet and exercise, we also need to attend to our soul. It is the most important part of us, but often the most neglected. What would it look like to have a healthy soul? How would this impact our relationships, our work, our decisions, our life?

My hope is that through this ministry God would release you into new knowledge of Him, of Jesus the wellspring of living water and of the Holy Spirit, who guides, counsels, equips and encourages.
My Story
I came to Christ at 13 years of age and have been following Him since then. Sometimes more closely at times than others. Jesus of course is always close. I have been involved in lay leadership within the church since age 16 and in a more official capacity since 2017. In the last few years I have been stretched to breaking point, burned out and had several traumatic, life altering events. My journey to healing began with the question 'What now?' I sought counsel, prayed, worked with spiritual director, went on retreats and came to a place of healing. I believe the God wants to use my experiences and challenges that I have faced to help others. What greater gift is there than helping people discover more of God at work in their lives?
