Spiritual Direction
I am trained to offer Ignatian, contemplative spiritual direction in order to help people go deeper in their faith in God. Sessions are 1 hour and are usually online and cost £40 per session. I normally meet every 4-6 weeks with a directee. An initial meeting (free of charge) occurs in order to determine whether we are a 'good fit' for one another.

Speaker
I am available to speak at church weekends and other church events. Particular areas of interest are soul care and avoiding burnout. I can also speak on discipleship, leadership, spiritual pathways. In addition to this I am able to adapt to your needs if something more specific is needed. I charge for my time and the rate depends on various factors.
Sounding Board
Dilemmas happen in the Christian life all the time. We are constantly challenged by the demands of faith, church, family and work. Do you need a place where you can just let off steam without fear of judgement? Are you wrestling with a deep decision that you can't share with others. Sounding board at SoulLifeCare may be for you. Sessions last for 45 minutes and normally happen via Zoom or telephone call. This is generally an informal conversation and as such there is no charge.
Ministry Support
Christian ministry is a great privilege but can also cause great strain at the same time. Do you need a safe place to offload without fear of judgement? Conversations can be about one particular issue or several. If you think a session could be helpful contact me for an initial conversation to see if further contact may be useful. This is generally an informal conversation and as such there is no charge.
Retreats
Are you a church leader looking for a retreat leader for your staff team or church group? I can attend your church and deliver sessions on spiritual health and wellbeing, avoiding burnout, as well as other soul nurturing topics. I am also able to tailor retreats to specific requests depending on your needs. I charge for my time and the rate depends on length of retreat and other factors.
Soul Care
We all feel a little soul weary from time to time. We need a safe place to talk to someone who isn't directly linked to the challenges you are facing. Issues are as numerous as there are people. A patient, affirming and above all kind listening ear is provided. Sessions last for 45 minutes and normally happen via Zoom or telephone call. This is generally an informal conversation and as such there is no charge.
